For its first property in Thailand, Capella Hotels & Resorts called on architects Andy Miller and Richard Scott Wilson for its interiors. The hotel offers 101 contemporary rooms, suites and villas, each with a balcony or verandah with stunning river views. The Capella particularly stands out is its dining, overseen by 3 Michelin-Starred chef Mauro Colagreco. At his signature restaurant, Côte, the menu features light and seafood-forward Mediterranean dishes with many of the ingredients coming from the hotel’s Greenhouse. Phra Nakhon is a riverfront restaurant with a traditional Thai menu. The hotel is also home to Stella, a jewel box of a bar, and the elegant Tea Lounge by a lily pond for daytime refreshments and high teas.
