Bvlgari Hotel Tokyo

Rawnaq hotel collection

Not all five stars shine. We’ve visited thousands to find the ones that truly do. Why Bvlgari Hotel Tokyo ?

Occupying the top 6 floors of the 45-storey Tokyo Midtown Yaesu skyscraper, Bulgari Hotel Tokyo brings contemporary Italian style and Bulgari glamour to the Japanese capital. The hotel is the 8th gem of the Bulgari Collection, this time infused with touches of Japanese tradition.

Overlooking the city’s iconic red-brick Tokyo Station and the Imperial Gardens, Bulgari Hotel Tokyo enjoys a very central location to explore the city. The shopping areas and restaurants of Nihombashi and Ginza are only minutes on foot, as is the Imperial Palace, Kabukiza Theatre and The National Museum of Modern Art. Inside, the hotel is quite intimate, with just 98 rooms and a decor that blends contemporary Italian design and Japanese craftsmanship. This is a place where hand-blown Venetian glass lights suspend from Japanese temple-like wood ceilings, and Carrara marble tables and Venetian terrazzo are softened by fabrics from centuries-old Kyoto textile makers. The rooms and common spaces are also adorned with swathes of signature black Bulgari granite, and pops of jewel-bright colors, in a nod to the glamorous Bulgari heritage. However, where the hotel truly stands out is its destinations like The Bulgari Bar, Il Ristorante – Niko Romito, the fireplace Lounge and Bulgari Dolci, a boutique with a special selection of Italian pastries by Niko Romito. The Bulgari Bar has been imagined like a Mediterranean garden with lemon trees, jasmine and iconic city views. Il Ristorante is the home of authentic Italian cuisine under a curved wooden ceiling inspired by Japanese temples. The Bulgari Lounge, up on the 40th floor, is a cozy space with a granite fireplace as its centerpiece. Elsewhere, you will also find the 1800-square-metre Bulgari Spa with its 25-metre indoor pool and window-side jacuzzi. Inside and out, the space enjoys sweeping views of Tokyo that stretch all the way to Mount Fuji.

At Bvlgari Hotel Tokyo, your Lartisien membership rewrites the rules of your stay.
