The dining experience has also been completely reimagined. The former Signal restaurant has been replaced with Heirloom, a culinary legacy, where tradition finds new expression. Meanwhile, the much-loved Library returns with a chic new aesthetic, offering a serene escape for coffee, cocktails, or conversation. And of course, the legendary Bascule Bar remains the go-to spot for cocktails and whiskey connoisseurs. To top it all off, a new Fairmont Spa offers a sanctuary of relaxation and rejuvenation.
